公司介紹
       新美化精機工廠股份有限公司成立于1965年，是臺灣第一家半導(dǎo)體設(shè)備專業(yè)制造廠；產(chǎn)品主要為IC、LED、LD等之金鋁線焊線機、固晶機、點膠機等半導(dǎo)體封裝設(shè)備，四十年的制造經(jīng)驗及專業(yè)的研發(fā)團隊，是公司不斷推出新產(chǎn)品的堅實后盾。先后于1996年推出全新改良之金鋁線焊線機；2003年起全面推出自動化設(shè)備；除推出KB系列泛用型固晶機外；并于2007開始先后取得美國K&S高速自動焊線機及瓷咀，日本Canon高精度自動固晶機等世界知名品牌公司的LED封裝設(shè)備之中國地區(qū)獨家代理；同期擴大了經(jīng)營范圍，先后又取得了臺灣Saultech芯片分選機、測試機、CSP排片機及國內(nèi)知名品牌JUTZE的AOI外觀檢查機等高端設(shè)備的代理。

       Super Power Precision co., LTD was establish in 1965, the very first professional semiconductor equipment produce factory. Main products are IC、LED、and LD Gold and Aluminum Wire bonder、Die bonder and epoxy dispenser etc semiconductor package equipment. The resolute back-up that leads Research、Development & Service team performed new product continuously with 50 years experience and profession. 1966 accomplish brand new reform Gold and Aluminum Wire bonder; 2003 performed Fully auto equipment. Except KB series multi-function Die Bonder. We became China Market Area Distributor of USA K&S、Japan CANON 、TaiWan Saultech and Domestic famous brand JUTZE etc world known enterprise company, distributing Fully Auto Wire & Die Bonder、Full Auto LED Sorter、High Speed Chip Prober、LED Packaging Inspection equipment, Capillary and other LED package equipment from front to rear.  At the same time, we increase the operation coverage, also obtain High Power LED chip and thin-film heat-dissipation ceramic substrates for LED application.
